Galatians Part 1
This is Part 1 of a series in the book of Galatians. Before digging into Galatians, we take a look at the life of the writer of Galatians, which will help us understand the book better. This message was delivered by Pastor Joel McPherson at Tree of Life Church Assembly of God on 9.7.25.
Galatians Part 2
This message was delivered by Pastor Joel McPherson on September 14th, 2025 at Tree of Life Church Assembly of God. This was the 2nd part of 3 part introduction to the book of Galatians, but it is also a great stand alone message that defines what the gospel is and how to receive. I believe it is a message that every believer should know so they might share the truth of the gospel with others.
Galatians Part 3
This is Part 3 of a series in the book of Galatians. In Part 2, we looked at what the gospel (good news) is. This message will focus on the fake gospel, which is not good news at all, that was being thrust upon the Galatian church. Galatians Part 5

Galatians Part 7
This is Part 7 of a series in the book of Galatians. We will be looking at Galatians 5 and, specifically, the acts of the flesh. Some people focus on Galatians 1-4 and determine that salvation by faith alone means that once you have faith, you can live any way you want to. Paul makes it clear that "those who live" in these acts of the flesh will not inherit the kingdom of God. Salvation by faith doesn't mean that we can live a life of rebellion against & rejection of Jesus. "God cannot be mocked." Galatians Part 4
This is Part 4 of a series in the book of Galatians. In Part 2 & 3, we looked at the big picture of the book of Galatians. In this message, we will look at some of the verses, we have already seen, with new lenses. We will be looking for small pictures, hidden gems, just waiting to be found in Galatians 1. Galatians Part 6

Galatians Part 8
This is Part 8 of a series in the book of Galatians. We will be looking at the rest of chapter 5 and, specifically, the fruit of the Holy Spirit. It is important to note that even though this the fruit of the Spirit, God does not make us be loving, joyful, peaceful, patient..... We have a role to play. Galatians Part 9
Galatians 6 gives us a real window into the difficulty Paul faced as a spiritual father to the Galatians and also gives us some good instructions on how to be a burden-bearing leader. This message was delivered on 12/7 & 12/8 at Tree of Life Church Assembly of God by Pastor Joel McPherson.
